Spoke with Dave. He said his vehicle was a day later because after the repair was completed it was parked in the lot and somebody ran into it. Again, Mr. Watson came to the rescue, and he had the vehicle ready the next day. The communication was good, and he only spoke with Mark, who is Mr. Watson. Dave returned because this business fixed the pick-up once before and they did good work. The first repair experience didn't go as smoothly as this second experience. It had its moments, such as the paint match, but the work was good enough he came back. This business does good work, and Mr. Watson did a great job.
