William claimed that the business has a real asset in it's employee Darrel, because he is professional, does great work, updates customers, and does not cut corners. William said Darrel is very good and that he just can't say enough. He commented the insurance probably went smooth because of Darrel's help. He inquired on a new vehicle after his accident, but the top sales manager Robert Moran never returned his call. Later, he made a deal with Jeff Gordan and Andrew to trade in his damaged vehicle as is, settling on a price for the new vehicle. The sales department was going to give him $10,000 for his as-is trade in so he could proceed with the new vehicle purchase. But, when it came time to sign papers, he stated they dishonestly wanted not just the damaged vehicle, but also about $14,000 in money related to the insurance claim. William said they lied, jerking him around. He went to another business nearby and made his vehicle purchase elsewhere. He mentioned that he and his friends will never purchase here again.
