Dennis said his overall experience was positive. He was not satisfied with how the repair was scheduled because the proper divisions were not informed of his repair so it delayed the start of it. He was not satisfied with the communication because this business did not tell him the part would not be ready, after he drove an hour to get there. The next week he had to drive back to have the work performed because of that communication error.
