Spoke with Steve. He said his vehicle was ready 1 week late because the business took longer than they expected. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process because he put in a form stating that he wanted to be contacted biweekly and he didn't receive a call from the business at all. He went into the business on the day that he was told his vehicle would be ready and they had only removed the bumper and they hadn't even started the repair. He chose not to evaluate the business' communication. He would recommend this business for service only if they offer a loaner vehicle because he went without a vehicle for a while. He requested to have the repair completed by the time he was to return from the beach, but they said they wouldn't be able to meet that deadline. He added that once they finally got started on the repair everything went smoothly.
