Charles said the quality of the repair was very good, but they took twice as long as what he was first told. When he first took the vehicle to them they looked it over and were to have ordered the parts and told him repairs would take about 1 week. After they started work on the vehicle he was told they needed to order more parts and that pushed the completion of the repairs out another week. They needed to order more parts, the thoroughness of the person that prepared the estimate must not have been very good. He said he did not communicate with the business, he communicated with Terry and there were a couple of times he had to call Terry for an update then he would get a text message, overall their communication could be better.
