Spoke with David's wife. She said she brought this vehicle to this business for repairs. She requested this business call her because they missed a few spots when they were painting her vehicle, which she wants to discuss with them. Even though she got her vehicle back on time, she pointed out they had her vehicle for over 2 weeks, which seemed long for a fender bender. She was told by this business not to bring her vehicle in for repairs until the parts they ordered were delivered. When she got the call to bring in her vehicle, she dropped her vehicle off, but the parts still hadn't been delivered. She's hesitant to bring her vehicle in to have them touch up the paint they missed, because she doesn't want to be without a vehicle for a long period of time again.
