Linda said she was satisfied with the quality of the repair, however she didn't realize until she got home that her tail light is broken and her insurance claim adjuster didn't catch it. She is now in the process of trying to get this issue straightened out with her insurance, so she is not too happy about it. She blames her insurance company, and not the business. She was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate, because the estimate was prepared by her insurance company, so the estimator at the business gave her the same estimate that her insurance company did.
