Spoke with Ricky. He said the work performed on the vehicle was poor. They painted the bumper a different color than the rest of the vehicle. He took it back and they attempted to correct it, but it is still off. The vehicle was supposed to be ready on a Wednesday but it was not ready until Friday because they were painting the bumper. The person who prepared the estimate gave him a quote that was $200 less than the final cost. He will not recommend this business for the above reasons.

This was an old cadillac with special pearl white diamond paint. The entire rear end was painted, rear doors, both quarter panels, trunk and rear cover had been painted by someone other than the dealer. The car was "two tone" due to a bad repaint. The car was brought to us for an accident repair. We painted the rear cover too factory spec's and color code. We tinted the color and resprayed it numerous times. The delimma was what do we match the color too? The front end that had not been painted, do we match it to someone else's wrong color repaint or do we paint the rear cover the the orginal factory color and code? After many attempt's we split the difference for the owner which he wasn't happy. Our final painting was performed to the owners approval. After 6 paint mixes and a Rep from the paint companies help the owner expressed his happiness to all of us. Trying to figure out what a shady shop put on this car was tough. BUT we did lower his bill $200.00 to help cover a rental expense. We do try to deliver a world class guest experience!
