Todd said he gave a rating of 1 for his overall experience because there were 3 visits where the workmanship was not acceptable. His vehicle was new and he wanted it returned in good condition. After the first visit, which lasted a month, the grill was damaged, the trunk would not open and close properly, the trunk lid had an obvious gap, and the paintwork was not acceptable. The vehicle went in for 1 week for a second repair where a new grill was put on and the paint problems corrected. Todd noticed other work that was not completed and he had to bring these items to the attention of the business. It was obvious that the people repairing the vehicle did not double check the workmanship because there were a number of items that were not repaired properly. He spoke to the general manager, Roger Slate, and he complimented him for expediting a much better repair on the third visit which lasted 2 weeks and which was 2 days late. Todd was not happy with the excuses about returning his vehicle and told them in the last 2 days that if the vehicle was not done by the day he wanted it back that he would take it to a competitor. The vehicle was returned on the third visit 95 percent satisfactorily repaired. It still has a missing piece in front of a tire and the trunk still closes hard. He would like the business to fix the trunk latch and take care of the last piece. After that, he does not plan to come into this business again and said on the whole the experience with the workmanship sucked and he does not want this business to touch his vehicle again. He added the business did not proactively call him and they did not return phone calls in a timely manner. He will not recommend this business because of his overall experience.
