Keith said he still has to go back for a third time because this business did a poor job buffing the paint. There are three big swirls that are very noticeable and were not taken care of on his second visit. There is a chip that he mentioned to this business that was not taken care of. There is a dent on the front bumper that was not properly done. This business also removed the paint off the vehicle when they removed the tape. He said he thinks that they used compound to cover it up and did a poor job of that. The entire job was very poor and he was disappointed because it should have been more professional since the amount of money was very high. He was not a part of the estimate process but the paperwork was accidentally forwarded to him and he discussed with this business the errors in the disclosure and what he was told. He is not pleased with this business at all from a customer service viewpoint. He does not like the way he was handled and thinks it was inappropriate. He would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned. He would like this business to make the third visit his final visit. He said he hopes this business will complete the work in a professional manner to his satisfaction so he does not have to take time away from his own business anymore.
