Chatram said he was not satisfied with the repair because his vehicle started to shift to the side after driving off the lot. It took 2 months longer than promised. He does not know why it was delayed. He does not know why they did not keep him informed because when he left messages they didn't return his calls. He was not satisfied with the communication because the day he dropped off his vehicle he asked them if they could replace his radio because coffee was spilled into it. They did not replace his radio when he picked it up. He said he would not recommend this business because they were unprofessional with the reasons mentioned.
