Howard said this business did good work. The work took 6 weeks, which was a very long time. They told him they were waiting for the part and then they had to paint it. They did not contact him throughout the process and he had to call them for information. The parts department would contact him to let him know his vehicle was ready, but they did not let the representative he worked with know about the vehicle. He was not satisfied with the communication because they did not communicate well with each other or with him.
