Nelson said he was charged for five extra rental days, because this business was busy and did not have his vehicle ready on time. He brought his vehicle in for minor repairs on a Monday to replace a bumper and grill and repaint the hood. It was supposed to be ready on Friday. He did not know it would be delayed until he called. It was supposed to then be ready on Monday which changed to Tuesday. By the time he returned his rental vehicle, it was after 5:00 pm so he was charged for Wednesday. He had to make two trips to get a statement of the work. The estimator should tell the truth. They should have credited him $150 for the extra rental days. When he spoke with a manager today, he was not given an apology, but was told he would look at the file and be in touch with him. The staff needs to be reeducated. He has purchased two warranties at the affiliated dealership. He will not recommend them for these reasons.
