Truman said they used poor paint and aftermarket parts. They tried to makeshift the repair, but they didn't have enough parts to do the job. They didn't replace the spacers and they didn't put supports under the bumper. He said they tried too hard to cut corners. They told him the insurance company wouldn't pay for the parts. They put on an aftermarket bumper cover 2 hours after they painted the vehicle and the paint curled. It took 3 bumper covers to finally get it right. He said the insurance adjuster and the manager embarrassed him and his wife, but he chose not to elaborate. This business can do expert work, but they cut corners. This business didn't stand up for their customers. They let the insurance company tell them what to do. He will never go back. He was not told when the vehicle should be ready and he never saw an estimate. He didn't have a rental vehicle, so it was all an inconvenience for him.
