Stephen said it took 5 days longer than the promised set date because they did not fix the damage that was on the front of the vehicle correctly. He said the front looked like a bottled nose dolphin. He was not kept informed because they forgot to contact him. That is also the reason why he was not satisfied with the communication. He said he is hesitant on returning to this business because of his experience.
