Arnold said this business was days late finishing the repairs and this was disappointing. They told him his vehicle would be ready at 6:00 pm. He got there right at 6:00 pm and they were locked up. He had to go back the next day and he did not like that either. They should have telephoned him to let him know they were leaving. They told him his vehicle would be ready on Friday but was not and he did not pick it up until the following Wednesday. They gave him excuses why it was late but not a reason and he chose not to elaborate further. He has been a customer of theirs for 20 years and bought 16 or 17 vehicles from the affiliated dealership. This was not their usual service and it was less than excellent. He was not satisfied on their communication due to the reasons already stated. He would not recommend them due to his experience.
