Kevin said the communication and quality of work this business provided was good. The amount of time they thought it would take to repair the vehicle was beyond what they had originally thought. Altogether they took three weeks longer than expected and they did not give him a reason for the delay.

Brandi said the customer service was not too great but they did very good work on her vehicle. The problem was that when she showed up to drop off her vehicle they had no record of her appointment. Then she was told by both the rental agency and this business to leave the rental vehicle at this business. When this was done, they told her they would contact the rental agency to let them know but a few days later, the rental agency was calling her to ask where the vehicle was. She believes this business failed to contact the rental agency like they had promised but in the end, it was resolved.

Terry said it was absolutely terrible. His vehicle was returned missing parts, the logo was not there and the vehicle was not done right. He stated he is satisfied with the quality of the repair but he needs to take it to the dealership so they can work on the computerized part of the vehicle. His vehicle was a month late, but he was not given a reason for the delay. They had the vehicle for a long time and they were not even working on it. If he would have known he could have driven it because it was drivable. They never called to inform him he just got email and texts that did not explain where they were in the process. They were way behind and they should have called. He said he would never recommend this business to others. If there was not enough personal or machines to meet the demands of people, then they need to hire more people or machines. He chose them because they are the only people in the city who are certified to work on Audis. They need to step it up.
