Spoke with Mauricio. He said the repair was handled with no problems, the vehicle looks brand new and the rental process was good as well. At first, the rental of their choice was not available but they did provide them with the one they wanted at the end of the day.

Cecilia said she dropped her vehicle off at the facility. They told her it was going to take about a week and a half to repair her vehicle. She received a text from them to let her know that they were ordering a door to replace the back door behind the driver's side. She did not receive any calls from anyone to update her on the progress of the repair. She had to keep calling them to find out what was going on with her vehicle. When she called the facility, she spoke to a lady who was rude to her and did not know where her vehicle was located. The lady even asked if she was sure that her vehicle was dropped off at their facility. The lady gave her another number to call another facility to see if they had her vehicle. Cecilia said she was unhappy because when she called the number no one knew where her vehicle was located. She was given other different phone numbers to call to find out on her own where her vehicle was being repaired. A guy by the name of Roger or Robert finally called her to let her know that her vehicle was ready. They had her vehicle for two weeks. She is not sure why there was a delay. She would not recommend them because of all the reasons mentioned.

Barbara said an estimate was done but additional damage was found and the repairs ended up being an extra $300 to $400. Overall, she said she felt they took advantage of her. The staff she dealt with was friendly. She's not satisfied with the estimate given for the reason mentioned. She will not recommend them for the reason mentioned.

Stephen said the business generally does a good job. He said the work took a month, but it was not this business' fault. There was a parts delay. When they test drove the vehicle the fan blade broke and they had to wait again for the new fan blade. He said they never set an exact due date.

Sam said they did a good job, but the work took longer than expected. His vehicle was supposed to be ready on Friday, but it wasn't ready till Monday because they had to keep the paint fresh. His insurance company dealt with the estimate.
