Spoke with Diane. She said when they got home they discovered the front windshield sides had not been put back on after four weeks, and this was very disappointing as they had to go back later. Diane said she and Donald did not know the parts were in the back of the car, so they had to find them.

Megan said the repair took a long time. The vehicle was supposed to be ready on Friday, then it got pushed back to Monday and then to Wednesday and finally it was ready on Thursday. She was told that reassembling it was taking time. She said she thinks the insurance company might have something to do with the delay because the business had to check with them.

Joe said the work was very good and he was happy with it. His vehicle was two days late and they didn't say why. He said he had just returned from vacation. There was a storm, so it didn't matter to him that it was a little late. They texted him, which he liked. He said they texted him to let him know he could pick the vehicle up after he had already done so, which he thought was funny.

Sam said he had this same vehicle fixed with this business a few months ago and even though the last set of repairs were much more extensive than this visit, he had no doubt in his mind where the repairs would be performed. He stated he could have had the repairs done cheaper but in his heart of hearts he knew the repairs would be done right with this business. He requested a special commendation to Aaron who responded to every email sent, picked up every call made and did his job to the fullest versus just showing up and waiting for payday.
