Adam B. in Texas on 04/24/2013
Spoke with Rhonda. She said they kept them updated on the vehicle with phone calls, and her husband was very pleased with the parts they replaced on the vehicle. They weren't promised a ready time but it took 2 weeks for her vehicle to be finished because they were waiting on parts. She is very pleased with the customer service. Being in the customer service field herself, it is refreshing to find people that are helpful and it was a very good customer service experience.

Ann R. in Texas on 04/24/2013
Ann said the vehicle looks good. The paint looks really good but when she got her vehicle home she discovered the door locks did not work. She took the vehicle back and they said they would fix them. The grocery cart she had in her trunk was also missing. They said they would replace it for her but they have not yet done that. She waited in the waiting area for 2 hours and when they brought the vehicle to her the open door button did not work. They told her she needed a new battery but that turned out to be wrong. She went to the parts business across the street and they told her the mechanism in the door was broken and had to be replaced. They had one in stock and replaced it but told her they could not program it for her. She took it to the dealership and got it programmed. The parts cost her $98 and the programming cost $61. She said she felt the business should have paid for that. All of the run around was extremely stressful and the locks were not broken when she took her vehicle in for repairs. During the work at the business they sent her email messages but they were not helpful at all as to what the status of her vehicle was. Even though her vehicle looks very good she would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.

Son said they did a good job painting his vehicle. However, they left a yellow compound residue on his vehicle. They didn't clean it off.

Michele S. in Texas on 04/23/2013
Michele said her vehicle was ready three or four days later than promised due to a parts delay. They kept her very well informed during the process and their communication was excellent. Everything was done quickly and smoothly. She was very happy with the loaner vehicle she was provided with and the repairs performed.

Andrew F. in Texas on 04/23/2013
Andrew said he has been a customer for years and during his most recent visit he was disappointed. He said he had an accident and brought his vehicle in for repairs, but when his vehicle was returned his thermostat was not working properly. He brought his vehicle in for a second visit and they performed a diagnostic on the vehicle. The business told him they would need to replace the fuel pump and the repairs would cost $900, not including the towing and diagnostic. He said he is upset and the business should have better communication with their customers. He was told the vehicle would be ready in two weeks, but the work took a month. He said Ken told him to contact different departments to get his questions answered.

Vo L. in Texas on 04/23/2013
Vo said Mike was very friendly and the text messaging system was great. He said he wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair because the paint looks as if it ran on the bumper. He chose this business because they work on luxury vehicles.

Gregory L. in Texas on 04/23/2013
Gregory said the vehicle was ready 30 days late because they found additional damage and there was a parts delay. The business told him many times that his vehicle was ready and then they would find another problem and would have to push back the due date. He said he is leasing his vehicle and he doesn't feel like he needs to pay for the vehicle because it was being serviced and not driven. He chose not to elaborate. He said he received a nasty letter from this business and he has written them a letter in response. He spoke with his leasing agent to see if the issues with leasing payments could be resolved and he was told by the general manager that someone would get in contact with him, but no one never called him to resolve this issue. He said he will be returning the vehicle and he will not purchase another BMW in the future, nor will he ever work with this business again.
