Don stated the pick up dates kept changing because of the insurance. He was told that Volvo doesn't have its own body shop, but that Momentum does it. He does not remember who told him this. His vehicle was towed with paperwork after an accident in an ordinary way, but no one from Momentum checked the paperwork. So, the vehicle sat for a week for nothing. The next week, an app link on the Internet got put up which Don really liked. It was a good thing which really helped communication. Bumper parts came in when Herman was on vacation, and the other employee was not satisfied with the parts. So no one made a decision about using the bumpers. Don waited another week for Herman to return. That was not cool because Don had to turn in his rental car, which was past its allotted time. There was a wait until his wife finally called to check on the vehicle. Those are the only negatives, everything else was positive, except for two wasted weeks. Everything else was great.
