Mike said he was not satisfied with his overall experience because of the delays and the amount of time it took to get his vehicle back. His vehicle was not ready when promised. It took at least two weeks more because there was a parts delay. Also, he was not kept informed properly during the repair. There were text message, but they were not correct. The estimate was not prepared properly. He was not satisfied with the communication. The information was not correct. As a result of this visit, he will not recommend this facility to others.
