Jonathan said the estimate was about half of the actual cost. The insurance company picked up the difference. The vehicle was about 15 or so days late because of extra damage that was found and parts that had to be approved by the insurance company. He had to call the business for updates and near the end of the work, he felt he was always hunting down the staff to get information about when he could get the vehicle.
