James said the staff manager was great to work with during his repair service. The repair service was completed on time as promised. He did have 1 concern regarding a paint scent inside his vehicle. He has had a busy schedule, and hasn't been able to contact a representative regarding the issue yet. However, he plans to call and speak with a representative at his earliest convenience regarding the scent issue. Otherwise, he was happy with the repair service, and everything was fine.
