Marylou said she found a new door dent when she brought the vehicle home from the business. She also said she left several messages at the business and it took over a week to get a call back. She stated the customer service is really bad and not friendly, also affecting the communication. When she returned and spoke with the manager they put paint on it and buffed it, but the dent is still there. She chose not to elaborate about the delay length. The staff was horrible and the receptionist wasn't good. She wouldn't recommend this business for these reasons.
