Suresh said the vehicle was delayed 1 day because there was a challenge getting parts. He added the business didn't contact or email him during the repair process. He added he wasn't satisfied with the communication because he wasn't informed about the delay and the business failed to properly communicate with the insurance company. In addition, Suresh explained he wouldn't recommend the business to others because genuine BMW parts weren't used and because of the lack of communication.
