Myles said it took 2 weeks longer than the promised set date because they were waiting on a part from Germany. He said it took them awhile to figure out the problem with his vehicle. For 4 to 5 months he brought his vehicle back and forth. Once they figured out there was a problem with the roof, they tried different strategies to fix it. At the end they knew they had to replace the entire piece. The process took too long.

Our Collision Center only painted the replacement top under the manufacturers warranty for this vehicle. All repairs were performed by the dealerships service department. This vehicle had an unusual defect with the top.
