Tonmoy said his vehicle was 3 weeks late because several parts were ordered incorrectly. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. They only kept him informed 80 perfect of the time, the rest of the time he had to call them himself to get updates. His online updates stopped coming in on October 7th. The business told him that he had egg damage on the top of his vehicle, but he cannot remember there being any egg damage on it. Michael told him the damage did not happen while the vehicle was at this business, but he has no way to prove it. He went to his insurance company and they told him to ask them business to go through all of their surveillance cameras. In the end he was told that there was a side panel missing from his dash and he told them he would not retrieve his vehicle without the part. The person who was supposed to give him the side panel was not informed.
