Tom said he rated his overall experience with Momentum BMW Body Shop a 2 due to the horrible experience he had with the whole visit. He wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair because the scheduling was messy. His vehicle wasn't ready when promised because it took an additional 6 days due to a parts delay. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process because the business rely a lot on emails and don't make calls. He wasn't satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because of the length of time it took to fix his vehicle. He wasn't satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel except for Steve who stepped in and fixed everything. He wasn't satisfied with the shop's communication due to the reason previously mentioned.
