Visveswaran said they did not provide him with online status checks so he could stay updated on the progress of work on his vehicle. He had to call the business to find out who was working on his vehicle and follow up on the progress of work. He did not feel adequately informed, as he had to keep calling the business to find out how the repair was going on his vehicle. The estimate was handled through the insurance company. He was not satisfied with the business' communication due to his having to call them to find out how repair on his vehicle was proceeding.
