Sue stated that she had to do most of the leg work before she dropped the vehicle off with the business. She mentioned that everything went a little slow in the beginning but later in the end everything went fine. Sue said that the vehicle was about 5 days late and they didn't give her a reason for the delay. She wasn't kept informed during the time the vehicle was at the business. Sue added that she had to call the business due to them not them calling her. She explained that in person and on the phone she was treated fine but was told that she would get email and text updates on the status of the vehicle and she was the one that had to call them to get them. Once she called they would send her 2 days worth of updates in a matter of two minutes. Because they didn't communicate well she wasn't satisfied. Sue mentioned that they need to communicate and not string customers along. She added that the business needs to be upfront with the communication.
