Alejandro said there was a shortage of communication. He had to call the business several times to find out when his vehicle would be ready. They did not tell him when he brought his vehicle in that they would need to keep it for 4 days, so he had to find a rental car on short notice. The repairs were done very well and they treated him professionally but he had to leave voicemails and emails several times before he received a response. He finally received and very short email that his vehicle was ready to be picked up. When the business was performing the estimate he pointed out 2 issues he wanted resolved but the estimator was not taking notes so when he picked up his vehicle the second issue had not been addressed. The business did fix it quickly before he left. He would not recommend this business because he said he thinks it was a long wait with no updates on what was going on.
