Jude said his overall experience wasn't the greatest. Mike, his estimator lost the keys to his rental vehicle after he told him he would take care of the return for him. He is not sure if the issue has been solved yet. He was told that if there was anything else, they would contact him but he hasn't heard from anyone since then. He doesn't want to get anyone in trouble, but he hopes that the business will cover him if they are unable to locate the keys and Enterprise wants to charge for a new set. He mentioned that up until that point, his experience was great and he would have rated it a 5. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process, because he was the one who had to call to see if his vehicle was ready and he thinks it might have been ready and sitting for a day or two. He wasn't satisfied with the business's communication for the same reasons mentioned. Most everything was handled through the phone, which is why he thinks the communication wasn't that good.
