Spoke with Suzie. She said she had to make four trips to another facility for work this business did not do. When she got her vehicle back, there was a nail in the tire and they did not clean out her vehicle. There had been water bottles left all over the floor of the vehicle. This business took seven or eight days longer than she expected and they did not give her a reason for the delay. The staff member she worked with was great. The technicians did not communicate with her. She would not recommend them to others for the reasons stated.

Doug said he did not have any issues with this business. His vehicle was a week and a half late. He was given a couple of excuses. First, they were waiting on parts and second, there was an issue with the insurance company claim.

Spoke with Steven. He said this business was supposed to fix his vehicle and they broke something on his vehicle. He took it back and they broke something else. Now, he has to take it back for a third time. Someone drove his vehicle into a pole and that is why he took it to this business. They did not keep in contact with him throughout the two weeks. He was not involved with the estimate because the associated dealership caused the damage. They need to improve on their communication. He will not recommend this business for reasons already stated.

Carmelita said it was hard to get a hold of anyone at the facility during the repair. There are scratches on both sides of the vehicle which were not there prior to it being repaired. The seat belt signal is still on inside the vehicle. She does not know if the alignment and brakes were checked during the repair. When the vehicle was rear-ended, it raised up. There was no promise of time given. She was only contacted when the repair was started then when it had been completed. She was not shown or given any paperwork regarding the estimate on the vehicle. She is not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel or the communication due to not having any contact during the repair. She would not recommend due to the limited contact with the facility during the repair.

Chinenye said Dwayne informed her about everything during her experience with this business. His communication was superb. Dwayne kept her informed to where she knew when her vehicle was going to be ready. She is satisfied with the amount of time it took. The staff is good. She would like management to know Dwayne was wonderful at providing service. She hoped for an excellent job and it turned out that way with this facility.
