Sophie said when she took her vehicle to this business, they gave her the runaround and it looks as if the business took the cheapest alternative to fixing her vehicle. The vehicle had been oversprayed and the trunk does not close flush. The fuse panel was dented in and the business told her they would take one from another vehicle instead of ordering another one. The bumper was not installed correctly. When she went to pick the vehicle up, there was pollen all over it and the business told her they washed the vehicle. The business wanted to use aftermarket parts and the insurance company told her it was a Texas state law. Edgar, the representative from the business, told her the concerns were cosmetic and he would replace it with pieced off parts from totaled vehicles he had on site. Due to the treatment she was not satisfied with the person who prepared her estimate. The communication was not satisfactory because of the reasons mentioned. She would not recommend this business for service because of the poor customer service shown to her.
