Rachel said there was no communication unless she called or emailed them. She said it took over a month for them to do the work. The vehicle still shakes and the service light is on. There was a two week delay because they found additional damage. She has been waiting for a call back from someone about her issues and no one has contacted her yet. She would not recommend them for the reasons stated.
