Rod said he did not hear from the business so he had to contact them to find out the status of his vehicle. He later found out his representative was out with pneumonia but he should have been transferred to another representative. The vehicle looks nice. He had to contact them to find out when his vehicle would be ready because he wasn't give a time frame. He wasn't kept informed because of what has already been shared. He doesn't know who prepared his estimate. Communication wasn't satisfactory and he wouldn't recommend this business because of what has already been shared.
