John said things were not fixed right the first time. He had to take the vehicle in three times to have the same thing fixed and there was poor communication. The experience was very poor. Initially he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair, and as of now he is unsure if he is satisfied with the repair because he has not had his vehicle for very long. His vehicle was a week late because of having to return. All of the work done was warranty work. He was somewhat satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel due to poor communication. He will never visit this business again.
