Spoke with Chris. He said the first time he was told his vehicle was ready there was an obvious defect. Just by looking he could tell something was off, so their quality analysis process was off. After they fixed everything they did an excellent job, but for whatever reason it took them an extra week to repair the vehicle. He also noted that Edgar, an employee at this business, was great.
