Inger said she got her vehicle back 1 month late because of insurance delays, caused by the insurance of the person who rear-ended her. She had to return to this business because they forgot to repair 2 rims and her trunk wouldn't closed. Inger pointed out, even though the trunk closes now, it closes after 2 clicks rather than 1 click like it did before. She chose not to elaborate any further. Inger mentioned this business called her a couple of times with status reports, but they mostly emailed her regarding the progress of the repairs.
