Jacquelyn said when she was going to pick up her vehicle they scratched it. She had requested to look at her vehicle before she left. They put it up on a rack since the work was done underneath. In putting it on the rack they scratched it. They had to keep it three extra days to fix the scratch. This also meant she had to keep a rental three extra days. She had to make arrangements to keep a rental vehicle. This all made it an inconvenience. The advisor Jose Carabial was very good and polite. He said he would take care of it right away. She said communication was good but it could've been a little better. There would be a few days that would go by that she had to call to find out what was going on.
