Omah said she is not sure about the quality of the repair work on her vehicle because they left some work undone. She could not recall if her vehicle was ready as promised. She said she was irritated by her estimator because when she initially took her vehicle in on a Friday afternoon, she was told she needed to make an appointment and to come back on Monday. She had the impression he did not want to do any more work that day. After being rear-ended, she drove her vehicle for a week to make note of all the problems it caused and requested they be repaired but she was told they were normal wear and tear. She found this business super-expensive and they did not paint a small section on her vehicle that was chipped.
