Spoke with Patricia. She said this business was very good, had great customer service, and she liked that she was able to follow up online with her vehicle's progress. She especially recommends Rich Thompson who helped a lot. The thing that could be improved is the parts department and this business had different emails that sent conflicting messages. She said after she picked up her vehicle the parts department was still sending messages that parts were being sent.
