Pamela said she liked the way this business communicated with her. They sent her daily updates about where they were in the repair and she was contacted by phone. She said that communication was important. She was not initially satisfied with the quality of the repairs. The door was really rough-looking like it had not been polished. It had appeared as though they buffed out the paint, but did not finish it. Her representative got involved in the repair and took responsibility for it. They fixed the problem, with out questioning it. Her vehicle was ready when promised. However, she had to take it back another day because they had to go back and fix the door. She purchased her vehicle from them and decided that taking it to this facility will yield the best result.
