Anila said they kept the vehicle for two and a half weeks and at the time of pick-up, her husband had to wait for them to repair a small amount of damage to the back end. She cannot elaborate on the damage because she was not there. The promised time was two days and there was no information for the delays but the facility did keep them informed of what they were doing via email. She stated they could have been more prompt and she would have liked it better if they had called her to let them know why the repairs were taking longer, and contact by phone is more personable than email.
