George said his vehicle wasn't ready when promised. They had his vehicle for 2 weeks and every day they told him the part would be coming in. He chose not to elaborate how much later than promised his vehicle was. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. He had to call them all of the time to find out what was going on. There was a total lack of communication during the whole process, which is what bothered him the most. He was satisfied with the work performed. It was the customer interaction they have that needs improvement. For these reasons he wouldn't recommend them to others. He wasn't impressed with their communication.
