Mohammed said he rated them a 3 for his overall experience because he had to take his vehicle back twice. The first time was because the battery died and the second time was because there was a noise in the back of his vehicle and the vehicle was steering mostly to the left side when he drove it. There was no promised time given but they did have his vehicle for almost 2 months. They had to look for all the faults with it before they fixed it. Mohammed was not satisfied with the communication because they had his vehicle for too long.

Mohammad's car was in our shop for two months, however, the vehicle was not worked on for three weeks while Mohammad disputed the insurance company. First, over the use of recon wheels which he did not want then over the fact that he did not want his car to be a total loss. The battery was a warranty issue which is typical in the Texas heat. As for the other two complaints,they were resolved imediately when Mohammed brought his car back. I would like to thank Mohammad for recommending our facility.
