Sarah said that the vehicle was late by about 3 days because of a communication issue. They never called her when the vehicle was supposed to be ready. She wasn't satisfied with the way she was treated because the personnel were a little rude. She wouldn't recommend this business to others because of the above mentioned reasons. She stated that she chose the business because she heard about them on their web site.
