Michael said he was overall satisfied. His only real complaint he wants to pass along is they hadn't kept him adequately informed via text messages for the entire progress of the service up until they were finished. At that time they did not contact him to pick up the vehicle. He said he was not available to pick up the vehicle so he sent his father to pick it up. The business sent a shuttle to pick him up. His complaint is that they only live 15 minutes away and it took the shuttle 2 hours to pick his father up, which he didn't understand why it took so long. When he got the vehicle home he noticed an area that seemed to have some sort of chemical maybe wax residue that he was unable to remove. His father returned the vehicle to the business at which time they sprayed something on it and removed it. He wished they would have done that before they sent it home so they would not have had to return it to get it cleaned off.
