Esmeralda said the customer service this business provided was not perfect and the email notifications are not very timely. She would have to call the business to find out what was going on and then she would get an email update so she was not impressed with that. She is unsure if she is satisfied with the quality of the repair because they are underneath the vehicle so she cannot see them. She wants to trust that the repairs are okay but she is not sure. She was not kept informed during the repair process because she had to contact the business often to find out the status of the repair. The email notifications are not working so the business needs to work on that a little better. She was not satisfied with the business' communication because she was getting a hold of them throughout the entire process. The staff at this business was very courteous.
